Our talented fitness instructors guide participants of all ages and abilities through classes ranging from our wellness-based pilates and core sessions to our dance-party Zumba class. Our seniors' classes focus on restoring mobility and improving balance in a safe and fun environment. For the more lionhearted, we offer beginner to advanced Karate classes among many other opportunities in our large open-spaced facility.
