This class is perfect for anyone that feels they are losing their balance, have fallen or have a fear of falling. It's ideal for those that use walkers or canes, and for those with hip issues. This Balance class will focus on rebuilding balance, stability, strength and flexibility by using gentle drills using the Silver Sneaker guidelines. Liz Cole, a certified Silver Sneakers instructor, has been using these balance drills for her tennis classes, and was so delighted at her students progress she is offering them at BC Fitness and Cafe. This is offered as a hybrid class with both VIRTUAL and IN-STUDIO options. The in-studio option is for fully vaccinated individuals and will be conducted in compliance with local health and safety guidelines. You will need to show your vaccination card in order to participate.
