This is designed to increase core strength and balance. It is appropriate for all levels of fitness. The instructor will use various types of equipment such as aerobic balls, TRX bands, stretch therapy bands, and weight bars to help strengthen your core muscles and challenge your balance. This class is taught as a hybrid with virtual and in-studio options. The in-studio option is for fully vaccinated individuals and will be conducted in compliance with local health and safety guidelines. You will need to show your vaccination card in order to participate.
