Service Description
This class is designed to help you build strength without the need for equipment or weights. You will need a mat, a device to connect to class via Zoom, and a suitable space in which to work out. We will occasionally use common household items as props. The class will strongly focus on Pilates principles and will incorporate various Pilates moves to help strengthen your entire body. This class it taught as a hybrid class, with virtual and in studio options. The in-studio option is for fully vaccinated individuals and will be conducted in compliance with local health and safety guidelines. You will need to show your vaccination card in order to participate.
