These classes are for strength and stability, balance, and whole-body conditioning. These classes work in conjunction with the indoor cycling classes to provide a whole body workout. This is taught as a hybrid class with both VIRTUAL and IN STUDIO options. The in-studio option is for fully vaccinated individuals and will be conducted in compliance with local health and safety guidelines. You will need to show your vaccination card in order to participate.
